Our dear friend Garrett Barter received his PhD degree from MIT on Friday. Dr. Barter is an official aerospace engineer!
With the conclusion of his graduate studies comes the unfortunate reality (for us) that Garrett and his wife Elke are moving to California to pursue new job opportunities. We wish them well but will miss them a lot. Friendly, energetic, fun, and willing to get involved, Garrett and Elke are the type of people I want to see more of at the shul.
